Carrot and Paneer Toast




5 toasted brown bread slices
3/4 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup crumbled low-fat paneer
1 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1 tsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp low-fat butter
salt to taste

Method

Combine the carrot, paneer, tomato, green chillies, coriander, butter and salt in a deep bowl and mix well.
Divide into 5 equal portions.
Place one portion of the mixture on each toast and bake in a pre-heated at 150° c (300° f) for 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
